Blood drive record sign.JPG (59068 bytes) Muralt's Travel Plaza joined more than 170 truck stops nationally in the tenth annual NATSO "Drive to Save Lives" blood drive.  The five day drive, operated by the American Red Cross, takes place in September Muralt's Travel Plaza.  Year 2003's drive netted 551 useable units of blood - a new state record!

Silver Anniversary Reader Board - August 18, 2000Muralt's Travel Plaza celebrated it's 25th Anniversary August 18 &19, 2000.  The Mega Rig Gig-Silver Anniversary celebration coincided with National Truck Driver Appreciation Week.  Highlights of the celebration included John Berry, Suzy Bogguss & Billy Dean live in concert, a truck show, street dance, karaoke contest, various local entertainers and a visit from the Silver Tip Skydivers. Various vendors were on hand for demonstrations, as well as recruiters from local trucking companies.

Laundry Facilities Coin operated laundry facilities are open 24 hours a day, 7days a week.  Four washers and six dryers are available in our driver's area.  An iron, ironing board and folding table are also available for your use.
